Asian Pacific Islander American Vote Washington '08 (APIAVote WA '08) is a coalition between Raising Our Asian Pacific American Representation (ROAR), Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance (APALA), and APIAvote.  Specifically, the intent of this collaboration is to create and implement a non-partisan civic engagement project to educate and mobilize Asian American and Pacific Islander voters in Washington State for the 2008 general election.
